The best fest in the west is here again!! In its tenth year!!! And Julia is looking for musicians, artists, poets, comedians, and craftspeople for our weirdo exhibition in beautiful downtown Billings, MT. If you’re an artist and you wanna come be a part of the party, please fill out the google form at the link below. And tell any arty freaks you know that might be interested.
